Roma are among the Italian clubs interested in free agent Paulo Dybala who is still in search of his next destination after talks with Inter came to a halt earlier in the month.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mourinho has already contacted the Argentine international in an attempt to lure him to the capital.
For the moment, however, Roma must prioritize player sales.
The Giallorossi will first need to off-load players who have been excluded from the club’s long-term project before being able to formulate an official offer to Dybala and his agent.
Roma remain vigilant, knowing that other teams including Napoli and Milan are also interested in the ex-Palermo man.
