In-form Ghanaian striker Prince Kwabena Adu has been drafted into Otto Addo’s squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Japan and South Korea, pending visa clearance.
The Viktoria Plzeň forward has been one of the standout Ghanaian performers in Europe this season, finding the net five times in the Czech top flight.
His latest came in a crucial 2–1 away victory over Teplice last weekend.
He has also featured prominently in the UEFA Europa League, scoring once in three outings.
Head coach Otto Addo is eager to take a closer look at the 22-year-old before naming his final team for the 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign.
Adu, who previously represented Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League before moving abroad in 2023, could make his senior international debut when the Black Stars take on Japan on November 14 and South Korea four days later.
