Chelsea are not expected to give Jorginho a new deal, with the midfielder possibly available for a move during the summer transfer window.
The 30-year-old was once again a crucial figure for the Blues in 2021-22, making 40 appearances across all competitions and producing nine goals and four assists.
However, there is significant conjecture over the Italy international’s future, with a number of teams said to be interested in signing him in the forthcoming transfer window.
Jorginho’s current contract with Thomas Tuchel’s side expires in June 2023, and 90min reports that Chelsea are unlikely to grant him an extension.
According to the report, the midfielder might leave the club this summer, with Lazio leading the battle to sign him.
Juventus, AC Milan, PSG, and Barcelona have all been linked with the Italian, who has six goals and two assists in 24 Premier League outings this season.
Since joining Chelsea from Napoli in 2018, the midfielder has contributed 26 goals and eight assists in 181 appearances in all competitions for the Blues.
