Ghana and Red Star Belgrade winger Osman Bukari is anticipating a tough outing away to AS Monaco in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday evening.
The Serbian giants will travel to France to take on former Ligue 1 champions at the Louis II Stadium.
Red Star Belgrade are bottom of the group with six points losing the first encounter 1-0 at home, however they stand a chance of progressing to the next stage of the competition if they beat Monaco.
“The big match is ahead of us, we know what is at stake and what the game in Monaco can bring us,” Bukari said.
“I played in France, I know the league well, I am aware that a difficult task awaits us, but despite that we are sure that we can reach the desired result.”
Red Star are winless in 13 matches versus French opponents in European competitions, losing all four of their last such games and conceding three or more goals on three occasions.
Bukari has been one of the consistent performers at Red Star Belgrade this season, scoring seven goals and providing five assists in 17 matches across all competitions.
