Young Ghana striker Prince Kwabena Adu has completed a transfer to FC Isloch in the Belarusian Premier League.
The Minsk-based Vysheyshaya Liga outfit announced signing the 19-year-old on a two-year contract on Thursday.
Adu joins from Ghana Premier League side Bechem United where he broke into the senior team at the age of 16. He continued to make 21 top-flight appearances and scored 9 goals
In 2020, Adu was named one of the top 60 young talents in world football by The Guardian.
Kwabena Adu received a call-up to the Black Satellites squad for the 2021 Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) but a knee ligament tear ruled him out of the tournament which his teammates went on to win in Mauritania.
He came close to joining Danish giants Randers FC but the deal fell through because the two clubs failed to agree on a fee.
Prince Kwabena Adu can now begin his journey in Europe via FC Isloch who kick-start their 2023 Belarusian Vysheyshaya Liga campaign away to Dinamo Minsk on March 18.
