Charlotte FC striker Patrick Agyemang is on the verge of joining Derby County, with the 24-year-old currently undergoing a medical in the United States.
According to Sky Sports News reporter Zinny Boswell, the transfer is in its final stages and is expected to be completed by tomorrow.
Derby are reportedly paying an initial £5.8 million fee, with additional performance-based add-ons included.
