Ghanaian midfielder Kwasi Sibo, currently without a club, has been linked with a move to Greek Super League 1 side PAOK.
The 28-year-old central midfielder left Real Oviedo on 1 July 2026 and is now listed without a club. Sibo’s market value is €1.4m, while the proposed move would take him to PAOK as the Greek club considers its midfield options.
Sibo has featured prominently for Ghana this year, appearing in all four of the country’s possible World Cup 2026 matches. He started 75% of those games, played 69% of Ghana’s available minutes and recorded no goals or assists.
The Wa-born player joined Real Oviedo from SD Amorebieta in July 2024 on a free transfer. He made 73 LaLiga2 appearances during his career, scoring twice and providing one assist, while also playing 26 times in LaLiga. His record in England includes 20 Premier League appearances for Watford, with three goals and two assists.
Sibo began his senior career with Ghanaian club Cheetah FC before moving to Banants in Armenia in 2017. He later spent time with Watford, UD Ibiza, KF Skenderbeu, Betis Deportivo and SD Amorebieta before his spell at Oviedo.
No transfer has been confirmed, and Sibo remains without a club as the rumour links him with PAOK.
