Afriyie Owusu netted a remarkable hat-trick within 49 minutes to power the home team victory in the betPawa Premier League on Sunday.
Owusu’s scoring spree began in the 7th minute when he capitalized on a defensive blunder, calmly slotting the ball into the net.
Undeterred, he found the back of the net again in the 32nd minute, taking advantage of a chaotic situation to smash home his second goal.
Owusu completed his hat-trick in just 49 minutes, further solidifying Real Tamale United’s dominance.
Despite the uphill battle, Dreams FC managed to pull one back through Agyenim Boateng Mensah in the 50th minute. However, Real Tamale United’s early onslaught proved decisive, securing them a well-deserved victory on their home turf.
