Ghana’s head coach Otto Addo has announced his squad for the crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola and Niger, featuring three home-based players.
Samartex defender Isaac Afful retains his spot, while Asante Kotoko’s Emmanuel Antwi and Nations FC’s Razak Simpson earn their first call-ups.
Antwi has played every game for Kotoko this season, scoring once.
Simpson has been instrumental in Nations FC’s defensive strength, playing 790 minutes across nine matches and helping his team secure five clean sheets.
