Eintracht Braunschweig has welcomed Ghanaian winger Aaron Opoku-Tiawiah, who has joined from Turkish side Kayserispor on a deal until summer 2028.
The 26-year-old will don the No.17 shirt and has already expressed his excitement about joining the club, stating, “I’m happy to be back in Germany and to have found an emotional traditional club with Eintracht”
Opoku-Tiawiah, born in Hamburg, brings a wealth of experience to the team, having played for clubs like Jahn Regensburg, VfL Osnabrück, and 1. FC Kaiserslautern in Germany.
He recorded two assists in 19 appearances for Kayserispor this season.
Sporting director Benjamin Kessel praised Opoku-Tiawiah’s speed, versatility, and experience, saying, “He is adaptable and enhances the quality of our squad.”
