Former Asante Kotoko CEO, Samuel Opoku Nti, has expressed his confidence in the team’s ability to win the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League.
Opoku’s optimism is fueled by Kotoko’s impressive signings during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Speaking on Akoma FM, the outspoken football administrator shared his high expectations.
“I will be shocked if they don’t win the league, given the team they have assembled,” Opoku stated.
“The current Kotoko team has a good balance of individual talent and teamwork. They have mature players who can step up and support the team when needed.”
Asante Kotoko will kick off their 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League campaign away to Karela United on September 6.
