Nations FC’s CEO, Kennedy Boakye-Ansah, has confirmed that the club is open to selling defender Razak Simpson, but only if the right offer comes in.
Several clubs, including teams from Romania and Albania, have expressed interest in signing the player.
Local clubs Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko have also inquired about his availability.”We will not put in any impediments in his way; he has served the club well and when the offer is right, yes we will allow him to go,” Boakye-Ansah said on Citi Sports.
He added that the club is waiting for the right offer, stating, “Teams are hunting for his signature. We’ve had offers from teams in Romania, teams in Albania, on the local scene some clubs have also made enquiries…so we are just waiting for the right offer.”
Simpson has been an important player for Nations FC since joining the club in 2023. His impressive performances have earned him recognition, and the club is now looking to capitalize on his value.
With several clubs interested, Nations FC is poised to make a significant profit if the right offer comes in. The club’s CEO is confident that they will find a suitable buyer for Simpson.
