Ghanaian gaffer Yussif Basigi has revealed that his primary target is to win the Women’s League title with Simba Queens.

The 51-year-old recently joined the Red and White family, ending his 21-year tenure with Ghana Women’s Premier League side Hasaacas Ladies.

In an interview, Coach Basigi stated that he has been tasked with clinching the title in Tanzania.

“My target is to win the [Tanzanian Women’s] league with Simba Queens before thinking about the African Champions League,” Basigi told GHOne Sports.

“I had to improvise with Hasaacas, but Simba Queens has almost everything in terms of facilities, so I will need them to be professional,” Coach Yussif Basigi said.

With a lot of experience under his belt, Coach Yussif Basigi has been backed to succeed at Simba Queens.
