The 2025/26 MTN FA Cup preliminary round continues this weekend with mouthwatering fixtures nationwide, as lower-division clubs battle for a coveted place in the Round of 64.
At the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa, Sekondi Rospak FC host former Premier League campaigners Elmina Sharks on Saturday, October 25 ; a clash that headlines the weekend’s action. Both teams will be eager to impress and signal their intent for a deep run in this season’s competition.
In the Northern Zone, Zorkor United face Real Tamale United at the Kurt Okraku Technical Centre, while Northern Zaytuna FC travel to meet Young Heroes FC. Over in the Western Zone, Bis Paradise lock horns with Tarkwa Barcelona at Kobby’s Astro Turf in Takoradi.
Other notable fixtures include Semper Fi vs New Town Youth at the McDan Sports Complex in Teshie and Victory Club Warriors vs Steadfast FC, both promising high-energy contests.
All matches are set to kick off at 3:00 p.m. local time.
The preliminary round, which runs from October 24–27, 2025, features clubs from the Access Bank Division One League and Regional Division Two Leagues. Winners from this stage will advance to join the 18 Premier League clubs in the Round of 64 where the fight for FA Cup glory will truly intensify.
