Ghanaian forward Mohammed Fuseini scored a crucial goal for Royal Union Saint-Gilloise in their 1-0 victory over FC Twente in the Europa League.

Royal Union Saint-Gilloise initially took the lead in the 7th minute through Franjo Ivanovic, but the goal was ruled offside by the VAR, denying the Belgian side an early advantage.

Fuseini then stepped up, delivering a clinical finish in the 11th minute after a perfectly timed assist from Ousseynou Niang.

Royal Union SG defended the lead strongly to secure all three points at De Grolsch Veste stadium.

The 22-year-old has made 13 appearances, scoring five goals and providing two assists in the ongoing season.
