Medeama vs Gold Stars postponed after Galaxies call-ups

Bibiani Gold Stars’ Matchday 14 Ghana Premier League fixture against Medeama SC has been postponed following Medeama’s heavy involvement in the Black Galaxies squad ahead of their international friendly against South Africa.

Five Medeama players ;  goalkeeper Felix Kyei, defender Kamaradini Mamudu, midfielders Prince Owusu and Salim Adams, and forward Kelvin Nkrumah ;  have been called up to the 20-man squad for the trip to face Bafana Bafana.

The match, originally scheduled for Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Dun’s Park in Bibiani, has now been rescheduled to Wednesday, December 31, 2025, after confirmation from the Football Association.

In a related development, Medeama’s Matchday 15 Western Derby against Basake Holy Stars has also been pushed back. The fixture, initially slated for Friday, December 19, will now be played on Monday, December 22, 2025.
