Former GFA Executive Committee member Samuel Anim Addo has called for Mathew Anim Cudjoe to be selected into the Black Stars.
Cudjoe’s performance aided Dundee United win the Scottish Championship title and promotion to the Premiership.
The former Asante Kotoko player scored scored four goals and provided two assists in 21 appearances.
Addo believes Cudjoe’s skills and talent make him a suitable replacement for Kudus, who has been a key player for the Black Stars since his debut in 2019.
“Mathew Anim Cudjoe deserves Black Stars call up. He is equally good to replace Kudus Mohammed Kudus in games for Ghana,” he told Luv FM.
Kudus has played 34 games for Black Stars and has scored 11 goals.
