Mary Amponsah wins top awards at maiden GFA Awards

Ampem Darkoa FC forward Mary Amponsah was awarded as Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League and Women’s FA Cup Best Player of the season as well as Topscorer at the 2023 GFA Awards which was held at the UPSA Auditorium on September 9, 2023.

A cheque of GHc20,000 and other products were presented to the forward for her outstanding performances in the League and in the Women’s Cup competition.

Coach Nana Joe Adarkwa who led Ampem Darkoa to a double last season was also named as the Coach of the season with his Club also emerging as Club of the season.
