Manchester United have reportedly set sights on Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi in a frantic transfer search for new attacker.
According to the Evening Standard, three Chelsea players have emerged as potential targets for the Reds who are bottom in the Premier League after two games.
Hudson-Odoi is one of them, and he is expected to leave Stamford Bridge on loan before the transfer window closes.
Borussia Dortmund, Newcastle, and Southampton are also interested in signing the 21-year-old winger, who is not allowed to leave Chelsea permanently.
Hudson-Odoi, who made 15 Premier League appearances last season but has yet to play this season.
Hudson-Odoi was left out of the squad for Chelsea’s opening Premier League game at Everton and an unused sub against Tottenham on Sunday.
Hudson-Odoi, who has three England caps, was on the verge of joining Bayern Munich in 2019 before agreeing to a five-year deal worth more than £120,000 per week.
Since injuring his Achilles in the same year, he has struggled to establish himself as a regular at Chelsea, but he has spent this summer working on his upper body strength in order to make an impact this season.
