Malik Jabir sets high expectations for Asante Kotoko’s title ambitions

Technical Director Malik Jabir has expressed confidence in Asante Kotoko’s prospects for the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League title, stating he would “be disappointed” if the don’t emerge winners.

Kotoko concluded the first round on a strong note, securing a commanding 4-1 victory over Vision FC to move into third place with 31 points.

Speaking to Akoma FM, Jabir conveyed his optimism, urging the team to remain focused and committed to winning the league.

“I will be disappointed if Kotoko doesn’t win the league, but my prayer and hope is that we will stay focus and possibly win it” Malik Jabir concluded

Kotoko face Karela United in the second round at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday, January 24.
