Ademola Lookman has moved level on the top scorers chart at AFCON 2025 with his second goal of the tournament.
The Nigeria forward scored and provided two assists against Tunisia to cap off a magnificent display in Fes as Nigeria won 3-2.
Lookman’s goal was his second in as many matches, having scored in Nigeria’s opening win over Tanzania.
He now joins Nicolas Jackson (Senegal), Elias Achouri (Tunisia), Salah (Egypt) and Riyad Mahrez (Algeria) at the top of the scorers’ chart with two goals each.
Nigeria will look to build on their winning start after sealing passage to the last 16.
Lookman’s impressive form has seen him become a key figure in the Super Eagles’ attack, and he’ll be hoping to add to his tally in their final group game against Uganda.
