Kumasi Asante Kotoko has secured a spot in the semifinals of the MTN FA Cup competition after a thrilling win over True Democracy on Sunday.

The Porcupine Warriors secured a hard-fought 2-1 win to overcome Division One side True Democracy at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the quarterfinals.

Saaka Dauda scored early for Asante Kotoko, but Justice Blay missed a penalty just before halftime, failing to add to the team’s tally.
