An amusing piece of footage centering on Tottenham Hotspur star Dejan Kulusevski has begun to turn heads across social media on Thursday evening.
Fresh off a scintillating close to the campaign at club level, ‘Kulu’ was back in action on the international stage a short time ago.
As part of the opening round of Nations League fixtures, Sweden made the trip to Slovenia, with the country’s prodigious young wide-man afforded a start in his customary berth on the right flank.
Thursday’s visitors, for their part, went on to bag a 2-0 triumph in Ljubljana, to take an early lead in the Nations League B Group 4 table.
Emil Forsberg was first on target, slotting home from the penalty spot with 40 minutes on the clock.
And Sweden made sure of the nation’s three-point haul with a late 2nd, courtesy of that man Kulusevski. After being picked out in space on the right flank, the 22-year-old drove into space in trademark fashion, skipping beyond a sole Slovenian defender, before picking out the far corner courtesy of a rare right-footed strike:

Kulusevski’s fine night, though, did not end solely with the satisfaction of putting Sweden out of sight on the scoreboard at the Stozice Stadium.
In addition, the on-loan Juventus man’s strike silenced a section of fans, understood to have been of an Arsenal persuasion, who thought it wise to take aim at Kulusevski courtesy of an explicit chant.
As showcased in the footage below, as Kulu surged down the right wing, he was met by calls of:
‘What do we think about Tottenham? S**t! What do we think about s**t? Tottenham!’
It is safe to say that the Swedish sensation had the last laugh, though, as the chants in question were followed mere seconds later by Kulusevski finding the net in consummate style:
