“My first target is to get a Ghanaian referee to officiate a World Cup final,” Kotey said to the GFA, highlighting his ambition for Ghanaian referees on the global stage.

Kotey emphasized the progress Ghanaian referees have made, citing their performances in recent international competitions.

He stressed the importance of continued development and support for referees to achieve such high standards.
