Kelvin Yeboah confident Genoa will survive relegation despite torrid Serie A campaign

Genoa forward, Kelvin Yeboah is confident his side will maintain their Serie A status despite a difficult campaign.

The club sit 19th on the league log with 22 points after 32 games played.

Yeboah, who joined the club from Sturm Graz for a fee of 6.5 million euros is yet to find the back of the net after twelve games played.

Despite their poor campaign, the Italian born of Ghanaian descent is confident his side will survive relegation.

“A defeat doesn’t put us off the right path. We have to keep fighting, I believe in it until the last game,” Yeboah told spox.com.

Genoa will host Cagliari on Sunday at the Stadio comunale Luigi Ferraris.
