Karela United head coach Nurudeen Amadu says he is heartened by his team’s steady improvement as they prepare to face Aduana FC in Sunday’s Ghana Premier League Week 18 fixture.
The encounter comes at a time of contrasting fortunes: Aduana are under pressure after a 1–0 home defeat to Vision FC, while Karela arrive in Dormaa with confidence, having lost just once in their last seven league matches.
“I’m happy that, Inshallah, our team is picking up,” Amadu said. “They are growing in terms of minimizing their mistakes.”
He stressed the importance of tactical discipline and adaptability: “We hope to continue as we did against Nations FC. We want to be tactically disciplined and show tactical flexibility.”
While respecting Aduana’s quality and home advantage, Amadu remains optimistic about his side’s trajectory. Following their recent FA Cup exit on penalties, he believes his players are even more focused on league performance.
