Black Stars attacker Jordan Ayew is up for a top award in England after his recent blistering showing for Crystal Palace.
His fine strike against Everton has been nominated for the Goal of the Month Award for February in the English Premier League.
The strike secured a point for Palace in their 1-1 draw with Everton at Goodison Park on the night of Oliver Glasner’s appointment as Crystal Palace manager.
The goal was Ayew’s first since returning from competing at the 2023 AFCON in Cote D’Ivoire for Ghana’s Black Stars and he followed it up with a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win over Burnley.
Jordan faces competition from Kobbie Mainoo, Declan Rice, Thomas Lerma, Darwin Nunez, Emerson, Richarlison and Pedro for the prize.
