Jordan Ayew unperturbed by goal-scoring ‘pressure’

Black Stars striker Jordan Ayew insists he is not perturbed about scoring in matches.

Jordan’s numbers has not been up to the mark in recent years for both club and country.

The Crystal Palace forward scored three times in 31 appearances last season in all competitions. He netted twice for the Black Stars since March, 2021.

“I’m a player who likes to play football and enjoy the game and I like to make sure that my team also wins the game whether I score or my teammate’s score,” Ayew Jordan Ayew told Radio Gold Sports.

“So, obviously there is pressure for me to score but it doesn’t bother me at all because the most important thing for me is to enjoy playing football,”.

The 30-year-old was on the scoresheet for Crystal Palace in their 5-4 friendly win over Millwall.
