Jordan Ayew expresses gratitude to Ghanaians for unwavering support

Ghana Black Stars captain Jordan Ayew has thanked Ghanaians for their support after recent wins in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

The four times African champions secured two victories, including a 5-0 thrashing of Chad and a 3-0 win over Madagascar for the first time in eight matches.

With the back to back wins, Ghana now now top Group I table with 15 points.

“Your infectious energy, passion, and loyalty inspire us, and we’re deeply honored to represent this great nation,” Jordan said.

“We’re not giving up! We’re focused on the task ahead, and we’re confident that together, we can achieve our goal,” he added.

The Black Stars’ next match in the World Cup qualifiers is against Chad on September 1, 2025.
