Ghanaian international Jordan Ayew has voiced his excitement and pride after completing his move to Leicester City.
The experienced forward signed a two-year deal with the English Premier League club on Friday, August 23.
In his first interview since joining the Foxes, Ayew shared his enthusiasm and gratitude towards the club for making his transfer a priority.
He emphasized his eagerness to learn and grow under the guidance of manager Steve Cooper.
“I’m thrilled to be here and I’m proud. I want to thank the club for their efforts in bringing me here – it happened quickly and I’m so happy to be here,” Ayew said.
“When you know the manager wants you, it motivates you to work under him and improve. Even at 32, I’m eager to learn and develop as a player. My focus is on working hard and helping the team achieve their goals.” He told the clubs website.
