Tanzania-based forward Jonathan Sowah remains confident about earning another opportunity with the Black Stars.
The 26-year-old has previously featured for Ghana at both home-based and senior national team levels.
Sowah first caught national attention during his time in the Ghana Premier League with Medeama SC.
He later gained further experience through spells in Libya before moving to Tanzania.
At Singida Black Stars, the striker quickly established himself as one of the league’s most reliable attackers.
His form earned him a move to Tanzanian giants Simba SC in the most recent transfer window.
Since arriving, Sowah has made an immediate impact, scoring three goals in the Tanzanian topflight.
Speaking to Mothers TV/FM, the forward expressed belief in his ability to succeed again with the national team.
“I can easily make it into the Black Stars squad. All I need is the chance and trust,” he said.
Sowah was also on the scoresheet as Simba SC cruised to a 3–0 victory over Mbeya City, netting the second goal of the match.
