Dreams FC, secured a significant victory with a 1-0 win over Asante Kotoko during matchday nine of the Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, courtesy of a goal from Abdul Aziz.
John Antwi, a key player for Dreams FC, shared his aspirations in an interview on Pure FM, saying, “I want to help Dreams do well in the Ghana Premier League. I will give my best to achieve that goal by the end of the season.”
He expressed confidence in achieving his target, remarking, “Considering how Dreams FC has been performing, my goal is entirely attainable.”
The Still Believe boys currently occupy the 9th position on the league table with 11 points after participating in nine matches in the ongoing campaign.
Antwi has an impressive football history, having played for Al Ahly, Misr El-Makkasa, Pyramids, and Tala’a El-Gaish. He holds the record as the all-time leading foreign goal scorer in the Egyptian League, having netted 77 goals for four different clubs.
