Ghana international, Mohammed Kudus has opened up on the joy of playing in the Uefa Champions League.
According to the talented Ajax forward, it is a great test to play in the elite inter-club competition in Europe organised by Uefa.
“That is the stage on which you want to play as a football player. It’s a great test to play at that level,” Mohammed Kudus told Ajax TV in an interview.
He further disclosed that it has always been a dream since childhood to play in the Uefa Champions League and FIFA World Cup.
“That’s our dream. As a child, you dream of playing in the Champions League and at a World Cup. So it’s a dream come true, but playing alone is not enough. You want to help the team and be decisive,” elated Mohammed Kudus added.
This evening, Mohammed Kudus has been named in the starting eleven of Ajax to play in the Uefa Champions League game against SSC Napoli.
