Inter could finally move to sign Paulo Dybala, but only in the event that they get Alexis Sanchez’s departure from the club sealed very soon.
This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri are still in pole position should they wish to sign Dybala, but that it would be entirely dependent on getting Alexis Sanchez to agree to an exit with severance pay.
Inter are still the only club to have made Dybala a formal offer that is in line with his expectations, and so in spite of the interest of a number of other teams having been registered, their offer still stands and they will be able to get a deal done if they want to.
However, circumstances at the club have made moving for the Argentine impossible, at least for the time being, not least of which is the continued presence of Sanchez in the squad, and they are pursuing a strategy of negotiating his exit with a severance payment.
