Inaki Williams and his wife Patricia Morales have welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Niko, on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2026.
The Ghanaian international footballer shared the news on Instagram, posting a tender photo of Niko’s tiny foot and the birth date.
“Welcome to the world, Niko! Our family is growing and our hearts are overflowing with love. Thank you for so much in such a short time,” Williams wrote.
The Athletic Bilbao striker missed New Year’s training to be present for the birth, and coach Ernesto Valverde praised his dedication. Williams has been included in the squad for the upcoming match against Osasuna.
Niko’s name is a heartfelt nod to Inaki’s younger brother and teammate, Nico Williams.
