Last evening, Fulham were crowned Championship champions after hammering Luton Town 7-0.
Marco Silva’s team had spent the majority of the season at the top of the table and were promoted to the Premier League on April 19.
However, title celebrations have been put on wait as a result of just one win in five matches, maintaining some pressure on the Cottagers heading into Monday’s showdown.
Nonetheless, the West Londoners swept the playoff contenders away, scoring in the 29th minute through Tom Cairney and never looking back.
Kenny Tete added a second goal before half-time, then Fabio Carvalho, Aleksandar Mitrovic (twice), Bobby Decordova-Reid, and Jean Michael Seri all scored after the interval.

Fulham have also surpassed the century mark in terms of goals scored this season, having scored 106 in 45 matches.
Meanwhile, Luton must overcome Reading on the last day of the season in order to secure a playoff berth.
