I want to stay in good shape and help Ludogorets – Bernard Tekpetey

Bernard Tepketey, a key player for Bulgarian club Ludogorets, expressed his thoughts on the team’s preparation at the camp in Austria.

“It turned out that we were improving the things we were training during the camp. Of course, we still have a lot of work to do, especially on the offensive. We have to take more than our chances, “Tekpetei told NOVA after a 1-1 draw with Germany’s Greuther Furth on Wednesday.

The Ghanaian striker also explained the reasons behind his recent strong form:

“Intensive training, even after the end of the season and during the holidays. However, I trained because I wanted to stay in good shape and even upgrade,” said Tekpetey.

After a season-long loan with Ludogorets Razgrad, Tekpetey permanently joined the team on 29 June 2021.

The former SC Paderborn player made his debut for Ghana in a 1-0 loss to Egypt national football team on 25 January 2017.
