Despite Hearts of Oak slow start to the campaign, the club’s board chairman Togbe Afede is optimistic the club will clinch titles come end of the season.
The Phobians have come under immense pressure after picking just five points from the first five games of the season, currently languishing in 16th place on the league table.
Speaking at the club’s annual general meeting, Togbe Afede is still very much firm on winning trophies.
“Despite we starting the start season on a slow pace although it’s not good but let me assure you that while we are doing all these investments, we still have our eyes on the trophies.” he started.
