Hearts of Oak defender Samuel Inkoom vows to give best to club

Accra Hearts of Oak defender Samuel Inkoom has vowed to give his best to the Phobians in the next campaign.

Inkoom joined Hearts mid-way last season as a free agent and played a key role for the Phobians.

The former FC Basel right-back helped the club win the MTN FA Cup as they came from behind to beat Bechem United 2-1 in the final at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium – a match Inkoom provided an assist for Hearts’ equaliser.

Hearts failed to defend the Ghana Premier league trophy, losing it to their rivals Asante Kotoko as they finished the season in sixth.

“Hearts Of Oak felt like my home the first day I started training with the club, the fans are amazing and I will make sure I give my all to Hearts of Oak,” Inkoom Samuel told Silver FM.

The Phobians will represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
