Accra Hearts of Oak kicked off their pre-season in style with a dominant 7-1 victory over Mamprobi Afa at the Kpobiman training complex on Saturday morning.
The match, structured into three 40-minute halves, allowed both teams to experiment with tactics and assess player performances. Hearts wasted no time asserting control, scoring twice early on before Mamprobi Afa pulled one back, ending the first phase 2-1.
In the second half, the Phobians stepped up their intensity, netting four more goals while maintaining complete dominance. Assistant Coach Abdul Gazale was actively involved from the sidelines, while Head Coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani monitored proceedings and offered tactical input.
The final segment was more balanced, but Hearts capped off the performance with a seventh goal, thrilling fans with their sharp attacking play and emerging tactical identity.
