Accra Great Olympics have confirmed the appointment of Sulley Adamu as their new head coach ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

The announcement, made on July 17, 2025, ends weeks of speculation and marks the beginning of a fresh chapter for the “Wonder Club” following a turbulent campaign last season.

Adamu, who previously managed Okwawu United and Heart of Lions, is expected to bring stability and direction to a team eager to return to its glory days.

The club is set to unveil him officially at the Accra Sports Stadium next week, where he will outline his plans for the team, including pre-season preparations and potential new signings.

With experience in developing young players and instilling a tactical identity, Adamu’s arrival signals Great Olympics’ renewed ambition to climb back among the league’s elite.
