Great Olympics have dissolved it’s Management and Technical Teams with immediate effect after being relegation in the Ghana Premier League.
The Wonder Club suffered a torrid time in Ghana’s top-flight in the ended season, picking up 44 points which will see them play Division One Football for the first time since 2017.
As a result, the Board of Directors, which is chaired by Amarkai Amarteifio, have decided to disband the management led by Oluboi Commodore.
Coach Lantey Wellington and his technical staff have also been affected by the dissolution.
In the Interim, Lawyer Kwame Takyi, who is the Controller General of the Ghana Immigration Service, has been appointed alongside Kudjoe Fianoo and Oluboi Commodore to oversee the club.
The Board says it will announce a permanent new team for the two departments “in due course”.
There was also an assurance that “all necessary steps will be taken to restore Great Olympics back to the Premiership.”
