Bibiani Goldstars will welcome Asante Kotoko to Dun’s Park this weekend in one of the standout fixtures of match-week 32 in the Ghana Premier League.

With only two points separating the two sides on the league table, the match could play a key role in shaping the title race.

Goldstars currently sit second with 56 points, while Kotoko are close behind and eager to close the gap.

The Miners will be seeking revenge after losing the first leg 2-0 in Kumasi last December.

Coach Frimpong Manso’s men have had a week off after their scheduled opponents, Nsoatreman FC, withdrew from the league. That gave them three points without kicking a ball, and extra time to prepare for this important showdown.

Asante Kotoko, under new coach Karim Zito, are yet to taste defeat. The Porcupine Warriors are riding high after a dominant 4-1 victory over Dreams FC in their last game.

Kwame Opoku bagged a brace, with Fernando Bassey and Albert Amoah also scoring. Zito will be keen to keep his unbeaten streak alive and maintain Kotoko’s momentum in the final weeks of the season.

Team News
Both sides are expected to field full-strength squads, with no major injury or suspension concerns reported ahead of the match.

Probable Lineups
Goldstars: Kobi (GK), Atingah, Ofori, Osei, Oppong, Acheampong, Bosomtwi, Aso, Amon, Ronald, Kamara
Kotoko: Camara (GK), Ablorh, Samba, Ansu, Asiedu, Baba, Blay, Ntim, Amoah, Opoku, Bassey

Kickoff Time: 3:00 PM GMT
