Ghanaian youngster Nathaniel Adjei has emerged as a top transfer target for Scottish giants Celtic and Rangers.
The former Ghana U20 defender is enjoying an amazing season with Hammarby in the Swedish top-flight, featuring 21 times across competitions and scoring just a goal in the process.
Adjei, who has established himself as a member of Hammarby squad has popped up on the radar of clubs in Belgium and Italy.
Per information available, Celtic and Rangers have kept close eye on the defender and are impressed with his performance in the ongoing campaign.
However, both teams are expected to battle for the services of the talented centre-back in upcoming January transfer window.
The defender could depart the Swedish top-flight which ends in November this year amid interest from several clubs.
The Ghana youth international joined Hammarby in the summer of 2022 from lower-tier side Danbort FC.
