Ghanaian youngster, Jai Semenyo is set to be awarded a new Cardiff City deal.
The 17-year-old right-back has been in good form in the Under 19 league for Cardiff and his exploits has caught the attention of the senior team handlers.
Semenyo joined Cardiff last summer from Mangotsfield United and has been the darling boy in the Cardiff youth team with some good performances.
The youngster whose current contact ends on June 30, 2022 will extend his deal with the club.
He has already trained twice with the senior team this year.
Jai is the junior brother of Bristol City striker Antoine Semenyo.
