Italian-born Ghanaian winger Nigel Kyeremanteng scored the only goa for Fermana in their 1-0 win over Viterbese in the first leg of the Serie C relegation playoff.
Kyeremanteng, 22, scored the decisive goal six minutes from time to hand the side the edge.
The Ghanaian, who is on loan from Teramo, has impressed for the Serie C side.
