David Oduro scored a stunning goal for Barcelona B, netting a curling free-kick from a wide angle in a 3-2 loss to CD Alcoyano.
The Ghanaian left-back’s 64th-minute equalizer was a moment of brilliance, but it wasn’t enough to secure a point for his team.
Oduro, 19, has been impressive since joining Barcelona from Accra Lions in 2024, becoming the first Ghanaian to sign with the Spanish giants directly from Ghana.
He made his debut against Real Sociedad B in November 2024 and has already made 17 appearances for the reserve side.
The young defender’s goal was a highlight in an otherwise disappointing match for Barcelona B, who played over an hour with 10 men after Sama Nomoko’s red card.
Oduro’s strike showcased his attacking prowess, and he’s expected to play a bigger role for the team in the future.
