Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Abrokwa has officially joined Sevilla from Adabraka Elders, beginning a new stage in his career after signing a three-year contract with the La Liga club.
The agreement will keep the highly rated forward at Sevilla until June 2029. He will initially become part of the club’s Under-19 team, where he will continue his development within one of European football’s most competitive youth environments.
The transfer was completed on 18 August and was facilitated by Ghanaian agent Daniel Boifio Junior and Jorge Garcia of SBE Management. Both played a key role in helping Abrokwa secure the move to Spain.
The switch represents Abrokwa’s first transfer outside Ghana and marks a significant step for a player who began his football journey with Adabraka Elders. His move to Sevilla gives him the chance to experience a new football culture and compete within a different development system at an important point in his career.
Abrokwa’s immediate challenge will be to settle into his new surroundings and adjust to the demands of Spanish football. At Under-19 level, he will be expected to continue improving technically, tactically and physically while competing for a place in Sevilla’s youth set-up.
The Ghanaian will also be working towards opportunities with older age groups. His longer-term aim will be to progress through the club’s structure and eventually push for involvement with Sevilla’s senior side.
