Ghanaian attacking midfielder Michael Baidoo has been named in the Swedish Allsvenkan Team of the week after his enthralling performance over the weekend.

Baidoo bagged a brace to inspire IF Elfsborg to a fantastic victory over champions Malmo FF last Sunday.

The Yellow Ones recorded a 3-2 win over Malmo in a entertaining round 21 fixture at the Borås Arena.

Baidoo got the opening goal of the match to put Elfsborg ahead as early as the 11th minute through a spot kick.

The 23-year-old scored again in the 73rd minute as he drew the home side level after Malmo came from behind to lead in the match with two goals from Isaac Kiese Thelin.

Elfsborg sealed their all important victory over Malmo with eleven minutes to end proceedings with goal from Andre Romer.
