Ghana international, Osman Bukari was in action for Red Star Belgrade on Sunday afternoon and scored to lead the team to a 3-1 win against Lechia Gdansk.

The Serbian giants today played against the Polish opponent in a club friendly as both teams prepare for the resumption of the leagues in their respective countries after the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

In a game that afforded both teams a good chance to assess the strength of the squad, Ghana winger Osman Bukari started for Red Star Belgrade.

Just 13 minutes into the first half, the pacey attacker was presented with a good chance and made no mistake as he equalised to give his team the lead.

Although Lechia Gdansk would score through Jaroslaw Kubicki to restore parity to the game, an own goal from Rafal Pietrzak and Kings Kangwa ensured Red Star Belgrade secured a 3-1 win.

During the friendly today, Osman Bukari lasted the entire duration and excelled throughout his stay on the pitch.
